Development Engineer (Position Code: DE_IM)

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree S-1 in Mechanical and Physic Engineering
- Minimum 3 years related experienced in execute and analyses engineering process improvement and development plan
- Strong
technical knowledge of product line and design process especially in
boiler and area of power generation components and its functions.
- Strong analytical thinking in engineering improvement, negotiation and management competency
- Computer programming literate is required
- Good spoken and written communication in English
- Willing to be placed at Surabaya and extensive travel required including remote plant locations
