| Job description: | - Handling regular invoice and billing - Handling & Managing company asset and inventory inc. stationary and banking form - Assist in Expatriate relocation and housing including negotiating the lease if necessary - Lead tender related to courier and logistic - Lead tender for related maintenance - Lead tender related to HR for example COP, employee security checking, etc. - Lead tender for refurbishment related project. For example: branch maintenance, leaking ceiling, etc.) - Manage admin unit in Jakarta and Surabaya - Handling operation side in day to day PTBC admin.
