CSR (Customer Support Representative) / Trainee
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

Receive Customers Call (Customers needs or complaints) and record in a Log Book (Note Book).

Directing, follow up, and monitoring the Customers Call progress until the customers issue is resolved.

Update any progress of the Log Book.

Calling or visiting the Customers.

Set up a meeting between INTA and customers, record, and consolidating the meeting result.

Create and maintain the customers data, such as customers background information, customers population unit, other documents and reports of daily activities.

Helping any Senior CSR work in the related branches, under the direction of Senior CSR / SDH (Service Department Head) / Service Officer of Local Branch.

Requirements:

Male, single, max. 28 years old
Bachelor degree, major from Mechanical Engineering (Teknik Mesin) (min GPA 2.75)
Fresh graduate
In good health
Having driving lisence (SIM C)
Willing to participate in training program in Jakarta and OJT in all INTA branches
Willing to undergo two years official service
