Joint our client, International Beverage Manufacturing Company currently has immediate vacancy for experienced and committed person for a position as:

Chief Engineer Manager
(Based in Bogor)

Responsibilities:

    * Managing Operations for Ensuring Supply division: Production and Machinery of Two plants (dry and wet manufacturing plants)
    * Experience dealing with third parties; Suppliers and Sub-Contractors
    * Knowledge of distribution an advantage
    * Reporting to Singapore Regional Office, Amsterdam Engineering team
    * Establishing Networking with SE Asia regarding knowledge exchange
    * Reports to Manufacturing Director

Requirements:

    * Male or Female, 33 - 40 years old
    * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Food Science
    * 10-15 years experience in related function
    * Strong technical skill, engineering design a plus, knowledge of budgeting
    * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is a must
    * Hands-On, Self-Driven, Initiative with Strong products knowledge of engineering and production especially Lean manufacturing process

Attractive numeration will be provided to the right candidate. Ideally you are coming from MNC manufacturing company, have knowledge of FMCG and have international exposure. Experience in handling plant operations and good in managing workforce and financial aspect
