Quality and Production Technologist (APPAREL)

Responsibilities:

    * He/She is responsible for ensuring that factories in the region are audited, suitable, and capable in meeting Walmart’s quality and product safety requirements. Meanwhile, he/she needs to ensure the monitoring of pre-line and in-line production, working closely with factories and suppliers to ensure that right quality product is manufactured and shipped.

Requirements:

    * S1 degree holder, with minimum 10 years experience in garment production management or garment quality assurance management
    * Thorough knowledge of how quality assurance systems work, understanding of pattern making
    * Hands-on Technical knowledge on Knits & Woven mainly
    * Prefer to have manufacturing background
    * Able to work with Korean factory managers
    * Experience in working with retail and direct imports which owns the brands instead of buying office
    * Mindset of prevention, process-oriented
    * Strong communication skills, solid problem solving capability
    * Good command of spoken and written English is required
