Mechanical & Electrical Manager
(Lippo Karawaci)

Responsibilities:

    * You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, & managing activities related to building maintenance scope of works


    * Descriptions:
          o Identify actual Mechanical & Electrical condition problems on site
          o Execute the maintenance and reparation project on site
          o Monitor all Mechanical & Electrical projects in every branches all over Indonesia
          o Lead and develop the Mechanical & Electrical team

Requirements:

    * Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
    * Minimum 5 years experiences handling mechanical electrical in shopping mall / retail business / hotel / apartment building / developer company / ME Consultants
    * Proven track records in preparing and handling M/E projects
    * Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
    * Willing to be located in Lippo Karawaci
