| Requirements: | - Products: Belden Cable and Wire - Quota of the net amount of payment received: US$ 1,5 Millions/month or US$ 18 Millions/year - Director's fee: Maximum of Rp. 50 Millions/month or Rp. 600 Millions/year provided that the above "quota of the net amount of payment received" shall have been successfully achieved in each and every month. If not, the Director's fee shall be paid less than that, with the final amount of the fee shall be defined proportionally according to the realization of the final net amount of payment received, all at the Company's absolute sole discretion from time to time. Terms and Conditions apply. - Sales Commission: 1% (one percent, gross, before tax) based on the net amount of payment received.
