IT Service Analyst Staff
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Prepare reports and analysis of the problems of demand entered the helpdesk.
To coordinate with the relevant section in the directorate of IT in solving the problems that arise both IT and IT incident problem
Reviewing the skill and provide periodic training to update her knowledge helpdesk team and field team support.
To conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
Review process and policy in an effort to improve service quality.
Requirements:
Male / Female, age max 35 years
Education S1 with min GPA 2.75 from the field of IT & Engineering.
Having at least 2 years experience in the field of It Service Management in banking institutions, IT companies or consultants.
Having good communication skills
Memiiliki good interpersonal skills and have skills in leadership
Able to work both independently and in teams
Energetic, independent in work, high work motivation
Pengatahuan of ITIL / ITSM, Project Management and SDLC processes is a plus
