We urgently look for the following position:

OFFICE MANAGER

Bali 

Responsibilities:

Sets the Recruitment and Fleet annual operational targets and functional objectives, quality plans and programs, ensure implementation and monitors compliance through the conduct of periodic performance review.
Implements corrective actions, when targets are not met and sees to the proper dissemination of these information to the staff.
Plans for, oversees and monitors various Recruitment and Fleet Management activities that will ensure timely deployment of qualified crew and delivery of post deployment services to the Principal(s).
Ensures the efficient maintenance of the Recruitment and Fleet pool through proper crew planning and programming.
Establish/maintains good working relationship with the Principal through proactive interaction and regular communication/feedback on operational issues, local and international regulations affecting crew deployment, and other Fleet matters/concerns. Sees to it that all communications are responded to by the concerned staff within reasonable time.
Ensures work progress by monitoring/controlling personnel activities through performance measurement and evaluation, enforcement of discipline and personnel counselling; Discusses with HR competency gaps of staff and recommends skills upgrading and training.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
With high level of integrity, judgment, and accountability
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills are essential for this position
