AGENCY COMPENSATION ASSISTANT MANAGER

Manages agency compensation and loan benefits.

General Requirements:
25 – 32 years old
Bachelor degree preferably in Information System, Accounting or Finance
Minimum 5 years experience in life insurance or any financial industry with 2 years in managerial level.
Good communication skills in English
Very good in MS Excel applications
Attention to detail, dynamic, and can work under pressure
