Indonet was founded in March 1994, officially offered its Internet access service in September 1994, and become the first commercial Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Indonesia. Responsibilities:
Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client business requirement and deliverables
Reviews all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Business Unit Head or Director of any problems that may arise
Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project
Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Business Unit Head or Director support
Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
Provides regular two-way communication between the client and the team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
Reports the Business Unit Head, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
Requirements:
General Requirement:
Male or Female max 28 years old
Knowledge of internet business and technology
Innovative, creative, sharp and enthusiastic
Fluent English both oral and written
Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks)
Good Analytical and Conceptual thinking skill, active, self motivated, dynamic, creative and innovative
Special Qualification:
Proven Account Management skills with minimum 3 years experience required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
Have work in IT Services Company
Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
Ability to network within a client organization to identify all key influencers and decision makers
Extremely detail oriented
Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks)
Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
Excellent written and oral communication
