Consultant

Responsibilities:
The consultant would be responsible for helping to drive the IPS business in Indonesia by working on Information Consulting Projects including IPE and Salary structure design. The consultant would also be required to manage certain key Industries and client segments including areas of Survey management, Global Mobility, Benefits etc.

Key responsibilities:

* Ensures delivery of high quality Information consulting services to clients in the areas of Job Evaluation, Salary Structure design.
* Manages key Industries / client segments from the perspective of delivering quality surveys and other information/insights in a timely manner by working collaboratively with internal key stakeholders
* Drives for continuous quality improvements of products, solutions and services through enhancements of tools and processes, as deemed appropriate and necessary such as data collection kit re-design, holding job matching sessions, pre-survey meetings, reviewing submission timelines, etc…
* To build a sustainable client trust in and loyalty to Mercer by being up to date with the latest trends in the assigned industries and how these trends are influencing compensation and benefits and/or HR practices. Where appropriate, to proactively work with internal key stakeholders on new solutions, products and services for this client group.
* Ensures that survey data is analyzed in an effective manner to support client C&B decision making and future strategies.
* Participate in a range of human resources (HR) related research projects
* Write commentary associated with survey results
* Provide technical support to internal and external clients
* Help deliver internal knowledge management initiatives.
* Contribute to the broader development of services to all Mercer clients.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Psychology, Human Resources, Commerce or Economics.
* 4-6 years of relevant experience
* Computer literacy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, advanced knowledge of Excel, SPSS or other statistical package, and familiarity with e-mail and web browser technology
* Capacity to acquire competence in the use of in-house applications
* High level of numeric skills and capacity to attend to detail
* Strong business, interpersonal and communication skills
