Requirements:

    * Male/Female
    * Max. 35 years old
    * Bachelor Degree from Psychology/Law Major with minimum 2 years experience in HR area
    * Has general understanding, knowledge and experience in HR field such as recruitment; training; compensation and personnel data management
    * Has experience in developing HR Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) to be inline with Company Standard System (ISO)
    * Has a Planning & Organizing capabilities, strong in Leadership skill, team worker and possess strong analytical mind
    * Good spoken and written communication in English
