Responsibilities:
We have designed the successful program that enables you to progress the career ladder. As you skills and career progress through our company, you will start in the sales and marketing area and further move forward to different responsibilties within our business.

Sales & Marketing

You will start in the sales and marketing area where you will perform face to face marketing on behalf of our clients through events, shopping centers, and businesses. This phase focuses on the development of communication skill, customer service, and campaign management.
Training Development

#
On top of running the campaign, you will be also involved in the personal development area of the company, where you will be given responsibilities to develop other people into leadership roles and managing some people in a team.

Business Development

As part of the management roles in the company, together with your team you will assist the clients to hit their target and be involved in business management of the country. Besides, as a manager, you will also be involved in administration and recruiting of the company.

Requirements:

    * At least 1 year experience in any industry
    * Strong Communication and presentation skills
    * High willingness to learn in sales and marketin industry
    * Career minded
    * Required language(s): Bahasa, English and other foreign languages are advantages
    * Willing to travel for overseas training (Australia,Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore)
    * ASAP is preferred.
