Account Receivable

Responsibilities:

    * BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION


    * The position is accountable for:
          o Administration of employee advances and expense reports/liquidations in compliance with Kraft’s policies and procedures.
          o Monitoring employee cash advance balances to keep them within the bounds of company policy.
          o Providing analysis /summary of employee’s expenses at a given time.
          o Ensuring that all reimbursements to employees are valid authorized and properly documented in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

    * EDUCATION
          o College graduate, major in Accountancy with minimum one (1) year in General Accounting


    * KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE OR SKILLS REQUIRED
          o Preferably CPA
          o Knowledge in computer operating systems (Microsoft Office)
          o Good interpersonal skills and can interface with all levels of the organization
          o Proficient in written and spoken English
