Responsibilities:

Responsible for the operation of Micro-finance unit in accordance with procedures and enhance a healthy business portfolio
Requirements:

General Requirements:
Male / Female, D3/S1 minimum education, minimum GPA: 2.75
Maximum age 35 years

Specific requirements:
Computer literate especially MS. Office
Have the ability to analyze the potential of a region
Having experience at least 1 (one) year as head of business units, or 3 (three) years as a sales or credit officer in the same plane
Preference will be given local son who is able to master the local language and familiar with the local community
