Rally to the challenge, we’re seeking a potential individual to fill the post of:

HRD Supervisor

(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

Supervise HR functions, especially personnel area ( allowances,
attendance, employee database and records, etc )
Coordinate with all departments to serve HR related matters
Liaise with Insurance broker to ensure employee get health benefit as required
Assist Industrial relation issues, including prepare working agreement and evaluate the contract period as regulation
Ensure all HR conducts comply with government regulation
Liaise with Government Man Power Office
Assist Recruitment, Training and Development functions
Requirements:

Acquire 3 years experience in HR Area, especially personnel area
Acquire good Interpersonal and Communication Skill
Acquire Bachelor Degree in Law, Management or Psychology
Able to work underpressure
Able to operate Microsoft Office Program (Excel, Words, and Power Point)
High sense of developing and helping people
