Analyst Compensation Benefits and HRIS
(Jawa Timur - SIDOARJO)
Responsibilities:
Compensation Benefit analysis
Supervise payroll function
Handle HRIS & SAP projects
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience as HR Generalist and hands on in HRIS.
Good analytical skill.
Understand tax & able to do payroll process.
Understand database system (SAP HR).
Advance in excel formula and access database.
Full-Time positions available.
